Refund & Returns Policy
At NANOTRON TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices are intact
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery
- Opened electronic items, accessories, or consumables once the seal is broken
- Customized, assembled, or special-order products
2. Return Process
- Email us at care@nanotron.store with your Order ID, product name, and reason for return
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, return pickup or courier instructions will be shared
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed
Note: Returned items must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.
3. Refund Process
After inspection of the returned product, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as per customer preference
If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to our support team.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose between store credit or a full refund, as applicable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at care@nanotron.store with clear images or a short video showing the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet dispatched
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed
- Returns can be initiated after delivery as per this policy
7. Non-Returnable Products
- Opened or used electronic products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Consumables and accessories such as cables, batteries, adapters, or components
- Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we bear the shipping cost
- For all other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
